Common Reactions to trauma

When a traumatic event occurs, it may leave us with a feeling of being out of control. Reactions to a traumatic event vary for each individual, but understanding some of the common stages may help you through this difficult time.

Stages of traumatic reaction

Physical/behavioral responses
